The recommended daily dose according to some manufacturers is approximately to that of 2 cups of Green Tea per day. Green Tea Extract will vary from brand to brand so read labels carefully and do not go over the recommended dosage. Green Tea Extract should not be using in lieu of professional care. Do not consume Green Tea Extract if you are pregnant or lactacting.
